Harvey Halverson - Previous Owner/Current Service Manager

In 1985 Harvey Halverson purchased Hoffman Heating and Air Conditioning from the original founder, Lloyd Hoffman. With his knowledge of the heating & cooling industry and all the years of experience which Harvey brought to the company combined with his pleasant personality, the company continued to grow under his command.
In March 2004 Harvey sold Hoffman Heating and Air Conditioning to Scot Hendricks and Dennis Doerr. Harvey, not ready to retire, would stay on and assume the role of service and installation manager for the new owners.

Scot Hendricks - Co-Owner/General Manager

Scot oversees the day to day operations of the office and staff with his expertise in business management. Scot strives to hire and train the best office personnel and HVAC technicians available. When you call the office don't be surprised if Scot answers the phone, he's a hands-on manager.
Scot, a native of the St Croix Valley area, is married to Tosha, his wife of eleven years. They have two children and much of Scot's free time is spent being a husband and father. Coaching his son's little league baseball team and going to his daughter's gymnastic performances keep Scot busy when he's not at work. When Scot isn't working or playing with the kids you will find him enjoying time with Tosha (or golfing).

Dennis Doerr - Co-Owner/Sales Manager

Dennis' experience in the heating and cooling industry dates back to the 1970's. Dennis oversees the Hoffman Heating and Air Conditioning sales staff and interacts on a daily basis with the installation and repair teams. As the sales manager, Dennis is also involved in sales training and continuing education programs for the Hoffman sales and office staff. Dennis prides himself in working hard and making sure he is always available to his customers and his sales consultants.
Dennis is also the team manager of Hoffman HVAC softball, which is a Minnesota championship team. Much of Dennis's free time is dedicated to the success of the softball team. Dennis also volunteers at the local Animal Humane Society on "non-softball" weekends.
