Enjoyable Experience with Hoffman
I have never had an experience dealing with a contractor like I did with Hoffman and their representative, Steve Chiarella. From start to finish and beyond, it has been such an enjoyable experience that I cannot stop thinking about it. I recently had some questions regarding my taxes and I had a detailed response from Steve within 30 seconds. He even offered to hop on a phone call to help me get the tax credit. I never thought I would enjoy investing this type of money on a new furnace and heat pump, but I did! I could not say enough great things about this company!! I came across them via word of mouth, and I'm so happy that I did! Not only are they professional, they are also personable AND prompt. I was having issues with my furnace, and they went way above and beyond my expectations. The tech that came, came to my home TWICE on the SAME day to ensure that my family and I had heat for this coming snowstorm. I ended up paying only 20% of what I originally was expecting to have to pay (to a different company). Any worries you may have, they will walk you through it and explain it all in a way you'll understand. * Both employees that came into my home were also just the sweetest to my youngest child, which is also a plus!! Haha* They go way beyond customer service, and 100% have your back. I had a confusing (and not so great) experience with a different company, Hoffman Cooling and Heating totally 100% had my back and ONLY had the best intentions. They genuinely felt like more than 'just a company' 10/10 100% recommended Hoffman for your HVAC needs.

First time was to replace the A/C with a scheduled replacement, and they did a great job, so when the furnace died yesterday, without hesitation, Hoffman was the call. Initial call was at 4:00 PM. Connected with them 25 minutes later, a few phone calls, pictures emailed, and an hour later, signed, sealed, and on the schedule the next morning. Isaiah showed up as scheduled, unpacked and lined the house to limit a mess and chaos, and began the project. Professionally installed with a polite demeanor. Another great job that reinforces why I continue to refer people to Hoffman.

They got back to us right away, and were able to find time to install within a few days. (And, we did compare estimates between a few other companies before we made our decision).

Friendly technician who answered all of my questions. He sold me on cleaning our furnace but wasn't pushy. Tried to be efficient despite the cold weather. Left a couple of metal triangle pieces on the floor where my children play. Thankfully I found them first. Cleanup could have been better.
