Hoffman Heating and Cooling, a small, local company, provided a great experience seldom found these days. Joe was on time, courteous, friendly and informative. He explained the process and left me feeling well cared for. I will be using them again.
Joe from Hoffman Cooling & Heating provided excellent customer service tuning up my furnace and A/C. He also found several gas leaks with my water main. He took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Hoffman.

The Hoffman Tech Dean Rannestad was very detailed for our Winter Tune-Up for our furnaces, he checked and tested both furnaces, including photos and detailed documentation, very professional. I would highly recommend Dean from Hoffman Cooling & Heating.
Hoffman came out to our home todo a checkup on my 15 year old furnace and air conditioner system. For $59 they checked my igniter, checkered my blower. After going though the options of what it would cost to repair the old system, we decided to go with a new high efficiency system. They installed the new system within a few days after I called them. Very professional and considerate.
Steve C was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get someone out to install our new AC unit within a few days and financing was a breeze.
We trust Hoffman. Other companies treated any call as an opportunity to diagnose a severe problem with an inflated price, but not Hoffman. We asked them for a second opinion without disclosing what the first HVAC company had said, and they gave a different answer with a much lower price. We bought a furnace/AC from them, and we've been completely satisfied. They fixed a problem under warranty very quickly with zero hassle. Their maintenance checks are professional, friendly and honest. They've earned our loyalty.

Joe arrived at my home and I received text messages that he was on his way. When he arrived he told me who he was which I already knew with the text and the company vehicle. He removed his shoes without asking and requested directions to the thermostat and furnace. I accompanied him to each and he explained what he would do and why. Joe was very respectful and experience was very good. Couldn’t have gone better.
I had a new HVAC equipment installed in April and reinspected in August. The team at Hoffman HVAC consists of highly qualified professionals who did a fantastic job every step of the way every single time! Andy Barthol did a great job on explanation all details; Isaiah with his coworker performed "a [seemingly] quick and easy" installation; Chuck Pietruszewski made duct cleaning for us feel like a breeze. Dean Rannestad did such a thorough inspection and answered all my questions that I was amazed and am still very grateful to him. We highly appreciate the great job Hoffman company has been doing. Thank you so much!
